DESCRIPTION
Handwoven from natural rattan and finished with a geometric mosaic of genuine Mother of Pearl, natural stone and shell in white, blue and charcoal tones, this rectangular tray combines artisan texture with everyday function. Its glossy patterned base is supported by a sturdy MDF/wood structure and framed by raised woven sides that help keep contents secure.
Fabric-wrapped handles provide a comfortable grip, making the tray well suited to breakfast service, drinks, snacks, bathroom organisation, console styling and gifting. Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in the weave, shell placement and colour are natural and make every tray unique.
Care Instructions: Wipe gently with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth. Do not soak. Keep away from prolonged moisture and strong direct sunlight. Indoor use recommended.

- Most domestic orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. (Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.)
- International deliveries usually take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
ELIGIBILITY
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is damaged (with unboxing video).

- Issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or refusal to accept the package.
