Fabric-wrapped handles provide a comfortable grip, and the warm rattan border balances the pearly white surface. As each tray is handcrafted, slight variations in weave, shell tone and pattern make every piece unique.
Care Instructions: Wipe gently with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth. Do not soak. Keep away from prolonged moisture and strong direct sunlight. Indoor use recommended.

- Most domestic orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. (Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.)
- International deliveries usually take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
ELIGIBILITY
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is damaged (with unboxing video).
